On September 25, 2023, 纽约医院 permanently closed the inpatient birthing unit due to the ongoing, nationwide shortage of health care workers. The hospital is working closely with colleagues from Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, 布里格姆总医院系统的一部分, to ensure that all 纽约医院 expectant mothers continue to have access to the care they need as they prepare for delivery. 

All 纽约医院 patients will continue to receive pre- and post-natal care on the 纽约医院 campus, with labor and delivery care provided at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover. Expectant mothers will of course have the option of delivering at any hospital of their choosing. 点击这里伟德直营. . .
